How are these averages calculated?

Data comes from our daily pipeline collecting prices from 5 parallel sources: Price Monitor (Competition Council + ANPC, the legally authoritative source), SOCAR Direct, OSCAR Direct, ANPC API for UATs (343 administrative units), and the official websites of the major networks.

Before inclusion in the average, each price passes through a strict outlier filter (the bounds above). For monthly pages we apply an additional median filter to eliminate exceptions. Full details in our methodology page.
